The ACCISS Regional Meeting brings together ministries of health, clinicians, researchers, and civil‑society partners to strengthen access to insulin and diabetes care across the region. The four‑day programme includes presentations of new research findings, such as the HumAn‑1 clinical trial on long‑acting insulin analogues, and collaborative sessions on sustainability, quality of care, and lived experiences of people with diabetes. The event also features country group discussions, rapid‑fire innovation exchanges, and the development of shared regional commitments for improved diabetes care.
